where exactly is the water being pulled from and how? Does it cause dehydration if you don't drink enough while using creatine? Does it pull water from vital organs or in a different way?

Details please, no short answers.

the water will be pulled from the bloodstream so it does not effect one area of the body more than another.

unfortunately the uneducated masses have labeled this effect as a bad side effect. when in reality it is a positive effect of creatine supplementation. creatine increases cellular hydration in skeletal muscle and this creates a more anabolic environment for growth and for lipolysis (fat loss). you simply increase your water intake and the problem is solved. creatine has been in use for sports supplementation since the 70's and it is the single most studied nutritional supplement.

what type of creatine are you using, are you using direct, the stuff you take from an eye dropper, the type you get that mixes with water before the work out, or the one you take at the begining of the day every day... to my knowledge each one effects you differently
