I have a whole jar of grape jelly, but I do not want to eat bread since it isn't good for my diet. What do you recommend?

Also, I didn't learn how to cook yet so I was hoping for something that is easy to smear on that is easy, tasty, and healthy. Thanks!

I don't know if rice cakes are any better for your diet than bread....or you could try the lighter bread versions, like weight watchers bread.

You could also mix it in oatmeal/cream of wheat.

The obvious answer is peanut butter, but if you are avoiding bread, this gets messy. Most of the things that people eat grape jelly on or in are basically bread products.

Depending on how much you are limiting bread from your diet, you can try spreading it on whole wheat tortilla, pitas, or english muffins. Not sure if rice cakes are a part of the low carb thing, but those are always good too.

Same goes with crackers, both saltines and graham.

Or, if you are looking for a sweet mix, try mixing your jelly with oatmeal for both fiber and added flavor.

actually bread is good for you, if it's wheat bread. But other options are crackers or oatmeal. Or you could put some in a bowl and mix it with peanut butter and just eat it like that, i guess.
