Within the last week I’ve had a sudden outbreak of freckles all over my body. That is, they look like freckles. They vary in size and are a little darker then my complexion. It would be normal to assume they are the effects of the sun but they are appearing all over my body. Not to mention, I am almost never outside more than a few minutes without sun block. About a week and a half ago I was bitten by a tick. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. Does anyone have a clue what this might be?

I have never had any skin issues everrr. The first and last time I ever got sun burned was when I was 8. I naturally have dark skin!

I don't understand how it could be sun exposure. I'm never in the sun, I'm not pale, and they're in places where i'm definately not exposing.

this is something worth calling the dermatologist over! You should have been checked for lyme disease after you were bitten as well! Call your doctor and/or dermatologist please!

You may have had an allergic reaction to the tick. Hopefully it had no diseases. Actually, it's funny I stumbled upon your question, I have the same problem. Except mine started a year ago. I find a new freckle in the weirdest places every two or three months. I'm just hoping it stops for the both of us. I'm looking to get them removed at a dermetoligist or see if they know anything.

They're just freckles. I have a million. Some are light, some are dark. Some are big and little. Don't worry. You get them from the sun, so my advice is to wear more sunblock, and stay away from the sun.

When you get too many freckles or anything that means you have been exposed to the sun too much. I would advise you to wea sun-screen or lotion before you get out into the sun.

di you get sun poisioning recently. This happedn on my legs when I got some real bad burns a few years back

see a doctor to check it isn't skin cancer
