My Fiance has British national, he was born in Scotland. I am a Chinese, we plan to get married in the U.K.. Should we hire a lawyer to help us in the U.K.? If we should, do you have any good lawyers to introduce?

Request your partner to write a letter proving that you are the fiancee and support it with bankbooks to show that you can shoulder your expenses for your travel to UK. Then, file an application for a fiancee visa.

Applications for Fiance visas are complex immigration applications. These can be prepared and submitted on your own if you know what you are doing but hiring an experienced lawyer means that you will be guided through the whole process by a professional. Naturally the final decision is yours but if you do wish to obtain assistance form a solicitor contact me by private message. I am an immigration solicitor with 17 years experience of UK immigration law and policy.
