Get some cans of Black whole beans, In plenty olive oil, fry some onions, chopped, and some garlic, minced. Dont let it burn under any circumstance. Mash the beans or put them in the blender. Remove some of the liquid so they become a bit thick. Add them to the onions and garlic after they become a paste. Season with some salt and pepper. Let them thicken to the desired consistency and serve them hot. You can also squirt some fresh cream on top.
Great with nachos and salsa!

Yummy Mexican Bean Dip:
1 8 oz. pkg Philly Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 can refried beans
1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoon Lipton's onion soup mix
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 1/2 cups grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons chili powder
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon Tabasco (green) pepper sauce
Soak the minced garlic in the hot pepper sauce for 10 minutes. If you don't have green pepper sauce, you can substitute red Tabasco.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, beans, cilantro, onion soup mix and chili powder and a pinch of salt to taste. Stir in garlic and Tabasco sauce when ready.
Top with cheese.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and a sprinkle of chili powder, paprika, parsley, or a dollop of sour cream.

There is a layered dip called "cielito lindo" . You start by putting a layer of cream cheese, then refried beans, then salsa (it can be store bought), ground beef*, lettuce, tomato, and Mexican cheese blend (any brand). Serve it with Tostitos and voila!
*optional

quick guacamole:
4 ripe(soft) avocados..peeled and pitted
1 small can stewed tomatoes
1 small onion...diced
1 small can green chile...diced...hottness to taste
garlic salt to taste
1/4 cup powered red chile...or to taste
put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and use a hand masher to mix the ingredients if you want chunky or put into a blender/food processor if you want smooth.
store in frig and add lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown too soon
