Put them in bamboo skewers and marinate for about half an hour before grilling. Also remember to soak the skewers before putting the food on them, this in order to avoid a fire hazzard.
For the marinate, you can use lemon juice and olive oil, and some pepper. Add the salt after the first turn on the grill, and be quick, they cook up really fast. basically you just wait until they turn orange/pink.

If they're large, put them on a kabob skewer.
Be sure to soak the skewers over-night first.
Brush with oil, place on grill, with low heat.
If they're small, get a perforated metal basket.
Brush with oil also, & place on low heat grill.
Put crushed garlic in your oil first.
Or you can use a skillet, with garlic butter.
Shrimp are cooked when they turn pink.
Watch the handle doesn't get too hot.
