yessss. always use sunscreen...cancer is so bad these days, and people want to look tan so they dont wear sunscreen. The worst part is, you can still tan with sunscreen. Any sunscreen will do, banana boat, neutragena...if you are very fair..try spf 25..if you arent too fair skinned, use 15 spf or something. If you dont want to tan at all, then use the highest spf, its the safest :)

Tanning outside or in the tanning booths?
The whole idea of planning to sit out in the sun all day just to damage your skin really bugs me.
Sure if you're outside having fun, running around, playing sports, whatever, and you get a tan. Awesome! but doing some premeditated like that, just going to sit there and fry, ick.
Anyway, I would say sunscreen either way. I don't think you wear sunscreen in the booths, but booths are cancer coffins, so if you have to tan and you can't do mystic, please go outside and wear sunscreen. Depending on your fairness, I'm very fair so I always go SPF 45 or SPF 60.
If you tan easy, SPF 30 should be good for you, if you burn like crazy, go higher and remember, mixing two bottles of sunscreen that are spf 30 and spf 15, that won't give you an spf 45.

I would say yes but a sunscreen that helps you tan, the only bad thing about a sun screen that helps you tan is that it doesn't always cover all the UV rays from the sun becuase there is little protection and your more prone to getting tan/burnt when you have a liquid on you such as an oil or water (ex - swimming in a pool) but i would rec.
Banana Boat. and use a real sunscreen that is oil free for your face you you wont break out. i bought one today and its called
Banana Boat sun wear faces oil free daily sun block lotion and it has an spf of 30
=]] hope that helps
