I have use them, they are all right. Nothing better or worse than any of the other parking garages. I prefer Wally Park myself, but my friend uses The Spot. Many of the hotel also have a parking service which is about the same price, however they don't have as many shuttle buses so you can at time have a longer wait. All of these services are a little more expensive than LAX long term parking, but they are secure and cover which I am willing to pay.

A couple if "ifs" for you. IF you live in the Los Angeles area, and IF you are going to be away for an extended time, why not consider leaving your car at home, and going to the airport on one of the shuttle services (Super Shuttle, Primetime Shuttle, etc). If you're going to be away long enough, it may be just as cost effective to use this option.

I have enver used this service, but long term parking at LAX is notorious for break-ins and problems. If you can get dropped off or take public transportation to the airport, do so.

I parked at the Mariott or Hilton. It is a little safer.
