Isn't there a way to add to a single thread without asking the same questions over & over?

Maybe it's just not possible to group questions relating to a specific problem. I just get worn out answering the same questions over and over again. Ofter a while, I just get burned out I hate not giving the person in need the info, but I just can't keep repeating what I say two messages back. Any suggestions?

they definately need to do something. I was just thinking the same exact thing!!!!!!!!!!
