Nope, it's not weird. He must be pretty mature for a 14 year old.

Lizzie that is horrible. I think im going to vote that as the worst answer ever, Its people like you that make america a place of looks and not of personailty.
Age makes no difference. maybe if youre a senior dating like an 8th grader...but 2 years isnt bad.
iF you love him then theres nothing wrong with it. DO what your heart thinks is right. If you break up with him because of what people think, what does that make you? YOu have a strong heart as i can tell. Its rare i even talk to people like that.

If your Mom is 40 and your Dad 38, is your Mom too old for your Dad? Two years in a lifetime is relatively insignificant. In Highschool it appears more significant, but as you mature, you'll find age increasingly takes on less significance.

people are going to always say that the guy should be older,
but truthfully, i don't think it really matters,
age is just a number, if you are compadible, then that is all that their is to it,,
(as long as he is taller)
if not then it might seem a bit strange , but you will eventually get over it, (he will be taller in a few years or so)
(my girlfriend is only 12 days older than me)

Not weird it's just puppy love, I can gurantee that before you graduate from high school the 14 year old won't even be in the picture.

age is just a number. It depends on your own personally prefernece and since your dating him then you obviously dont have a problem with it. Thats all that matters. As long as the age difference isnt unreasonable only determinable by you.
