lay on the couch upside down with your feet hanging over the back, and hang your head upside down. Do that every once in a while to increase blood flow to the head. Don't get up too fast!!!! I do it sometimes while I'm watching TV. I feel refreshed. Try it.Be sure to breathe in your nose and out your mouth(1 minute)

It's definitely your blood pressure. It's happened to me a couple of times. I really don't think there is anything to do about it other than getting up slowly, not like an old lady or anything, just don't shoot up after you've been sitting down. It can happen to anyone.

Don't stress over it cos you might find you have low blood pressure, so to be sure get your doctor to check it for you. He will more than likely take your blood pressure lying down, sitting & standing up to see if it varies but until then whenever you've been sitting or lying down for awhile make sure you get up very slowly and it should help.

Hi, It's probably a thing called postural hypertension, in other words your blood pressure falls when you stand up. It is horrible isn't it. It can be quite common if you are on some medications for blood pressure. If you are on BP meds check with your doc, if your not on BP meds go get your BP tested. So go now and make an appointment with your doctor.

How old are you? Are you sure you are eating enough? I had this problem when I was about 13. I went to the doctor and the first thing he asked me was about my last meal. Turned out that when I thought about it I hadn't really eaten a "meal" in a week or so. I drank so much soda that my bloodsuger level stayed high enough to get rid of hunger pains. This is very common. But see a doctor to be sure.

This can happen if you have poor blood pressure, but it can also happen if you are tired and overworked or anaemic. Take a multi-vitamin (make sure it's got vitamin B12) and see how you go.
