Be careful with this one! It's never a good idea to get involved with the boss. You could end up losing your job if the relationship goes badly. But if you must, I would wait until he gives you some type of clue that he likes you before you start trying to make the moves on him. Otherwise you could end up looking really dumb. Keep in mind you might not be the first subordinate that has liked him; he might get girls falling for him all the time. Afterall, women are attracted to power, right?

mixing personal feelings at the work place should be thought twice about. If you like your job, stop the flirting. Does he have a ring? Do you have a ring? Dating your boss just sounds like a bad vibe. Maybe its me. Either find another job and then pursue personal feelings. At least if it doesn't work out, you'll still have a job and won't have to report to him each day after. "Use your common sense". Go with your head over your heart on this.
