like I want to ask her out badly, but another side tells me something else. should I ask her out, cuz i am in love with her badly.

Well I'm a therapist and I say to fallow your heart. Think of the pros and cons about dating her. If you decide to ask her out, start with a simple hey or hi. Well if you are 8 years old I would wait, lol. But I think if you really are in LOVE with her. You should ask her out. Maybe you should be friends with her first to get to know her. If you already are friends then go ahead ask her out. But make a pact to stay friends if you ever break up. You do not know how many guy friends I have lost from going out with them. Think about it this way, if you don't ask her out you may regret it for the rest of your life. The reason why I say that is because I, like all of us, was once in a position similar to yours and I never got the nerve to ask that "special" girl out. Years have gone by and I still regret it.

If you Love her then you need to get to Know her. Most men are Insecure and they just go up to a Girl whom they Like and Ask her out. You need to talk to her and see if she Even likes you. Instead of Just going up to her and having a 50-50 Chance you will get a Broken Heart.

I can tell from your question that you're young. Something you need to keep in mind, is that you can not fall "in love" with someone that you're not even in a relationship with. You're probably just in lust, or are just infatuated. Chill out, ask her out if you think she'd say yes. If not, get over it.

Might as well. We're only on this plane of existence once (as far as I know). But it's probably better to get to know her really well, before making any steps that could make or break the situation.

it is better to take the chance and be rejected. She might even say yes. If she says no, then take it like a man. If you don't ask her then you will regret it later and your answer is still No.

If you ask her out and she refuses, what will you do?
Step back, take a cold shower. When your brain and hormones are back in balance, you'll be thinking more clearly.
