What is "brak"? Just kidding, try a water gun or spray bottle. Each time he barks, say "Quiet" and spray him.

When the dog starts to bark at another dog at the park you immediately turn in the other direction. Then keep walking in that direction for five seconds then you turn to the first direction you were in. keep doing this every time the dog barks at another dog. It will take some time, but the dog will eventually learn not to bark at other dogs.

This is what my trainer showed me what to do when my Doberman wouldn't stop barking at her other class mates. My Dobe wouldn't stop barking at the other dogs so my trainer grabbed the leash and practically lifted her off the ground and said "Enough"
My Dobe stopped. Now when I am walking her or whenever we are out and she begins to bark at another dog or person I sharply tug her leash and say "no". I rarely have to do this anymore. Good luck
