The red probably isn't going to go away overnight. I suggest wearing a light jacket or an open button-up shirt to hide your arms. In the mean time, like everyone else is saying, use an aloe vera cream on the sunburn to help it heal.

The best Gel that you can get top use after the Sun is called SiloeVera and available at www.notaquitter.com. It is a mixture of Aloe Vera and Silver and really works great. It is 100% natural and they ship anywhere in the world. Just use it right after you come in out of the sun and the burn will cool off right away.

I don't know if you can completely hide the red, but you could try some aloe vera or other type of moisture. Try to use some sunscreen tomorrow to prevent further sun damage and reddening. Hope that helps some.

Go to a drugstore & buy some Aloe Vera. It might feel like someone throwing ice on you, but it heels sunburns. Or, the hard way, you can put a washcloth in vinegar & lay it on your skin. It hurts like heck but it will help a lot!

ALOE VERA is a life saver! I have some from Whole Foods that has "healing" and "soothing" herbs in it. Or just the straight plant works well for me.

Don't worry, it will peel off. Till then find some one that has an Aloe cactus plant and slice open one of the leaves and rub the gooey stuff in really well. It will stop he burn fast and save what skin it can. Better than anything you can buy.

You should take a shower ASAP to slow down the burning. We use this stuff called Insurance...my wife buys it from the tanning salon. Noxzema works great for sunburns too.
