Here are some things,
1 Go for a walk, go to the same place for a couple days, then go to a different place, dogs love exploring new places.
2 Play with some toys.
3 Go to a local park and have him explore around.
4 Teach your dog some tricks, but not to many. While you teach, give your dog treats and pet it when it gets it right, when it gets it wrong do not punish it because it will get scared and will not listen.
5 Call a doctor, maybe something is wrong with it or maybe they can suggest some things.

If you are busy around the house, take out some time once in a while to play, many dogs are quite social and want some attention. Toss a ball, or play with her toys, get a kong, its hard rubber and you put treats inside and peanut butter on it and they spend a long time licking the peanut butter off to get the treats. Take her for walks periodically too.

1. walks
2. if she knows how to play fetch, toss a ball or frisbee around
3. if she doesn't know tricks, take some time and teach her some. They love to be stimulated by learning new things.
4. Take her on a car ride if she likes traveling.
5. Take her to a dog friendly park
6. give her HEALTHY treats and teach her tricks to make it fun. (mine loves frozen carrots. they're healthy and a good treat for teething puppies.)
7. Make sure there are no health concerns.
8. if she is not professionally trained, take her to training classes. They will teach you and the pet as well as giving your pet socialization time.
9. Take her shopping in a pet friendly petstore like Petsmart where there are other people and dogs to associate with if she likes people and other dogs.
10. Cuddle time.
11. play music or tv for her if you have to leave the room. (There is a great pet video my puppy loves. Its a bunch of puppies barking and running around. He gets upset when I turn it off.)
12. just give her love, time, attention and you should be good.
13. Toys don't hurt either. ^_^

you may stimulate her somewhat greater. you say 3 walks an afternoon - that's great, yet do you do the comparable stroll each time, or inspect all distinctive techniques of having around the community. in case you have a coastline interior sight, or a river, pond (or domestic dog pool) attempt some swimming - some canines like it, others do not. If she hates different canines, then some obedience instructions could be good with a view to socialize her - you do not choose an aggressive canines. With the toys - some canines could study to play with them - I certainly have a Greyhound that did not comprehend what toys have been til he got here to us, we had to tempt him into fidgeting with them. finally, she won't certainly be bored, perhaps she purely likes snoozing or mendacity around. It relies upon on her breed and how previous she is as to what's usual for her. attempt spicing issues up - attempt various issues.

Have a party with lots of friends to socialize her with people. Also, set up play dates with other friendly dogs in a common area, like a dog park.
Take her to PetsMart.
Try walking her in the Mall for a change of pace.
Take her for a 30 min wlak, twice a day.
Then take her skating, skateboarding, to the beach, for a bike ride. Play ball with her.
Train her to sit, down, stay, come, ... speak.
Or just take her for a 30 min ride in the car.

Dogs are very intelligent and love to have things to do. Teach your dog some new tricks, play ball with her, take her for walks, enroll her in an obedience class, buy her some new doggie toys.

Walk her more, bring her to the dog park so she can play with other dogs. Let her watch animal planet on tv(sounds weird but works), or buy some new toys.

Teach her something new (dogs can learn up to 150 words). Take her for a walk, ride, or play ball. They do get bored and that's when many start destroying items.

My one dog does the same thing - I think he follows me to wait until I sit down so he can enjoy my lap!
I find my dogs do best when I talk to them - all the time! We stay engaged!
I talk to them like they are human. They seem to love the attention.
