You would be surprised. More than 50% of people have more than 2 nipples, just that the 3rd one is very undeveloped. You won't even recognize it since it's just a small little bump.
I remember reading in a health mag that usually the extra undeveloped nipple(s) is along the side of the body, from under the armpit to the kneecap, somewhere around there.

If you read a book on human embryology, you will find that embryos have a "milk ridge" along which extra nipples may develop. They usually disappear by a process called involution. Persistent third nipples are not that common, but are not rare, either. If yours is cosmetically bothersome, a plastic surgeon can remove it. Since it is a cosmetic procedure, your insurance may not cover it.

Common, they form along a line called the milk line. Some people have many nipples.

Is this the first you have noticed that extra nipple? Has no-one in your family ever mentioned it or discussed it with you? Are you sure it's not acne? Are you sure you're not just wasting our time?
Finally, if it feels strange..... stop feeling it.

I don't think you should feel strange but I think the 3rd one can be removed if it really bugs you.
