Wow, these people are so clever by turning it around on you and saying 'Well you're talking aren't you? Ahuh huh huh...duh."
I love that christians ignore all the embarrassingly absurd things in the bible.

It’s undesirable while one argues with a speaking donkey, however the donkey wins it’s even worse. The donkey brays at us from historical cases protecting herself against a callous and insensitive supervisor who had no admire for God or God's advent. people who very own animals might desire to understand them. there is not any excuse for cruelty to animals.

It should make anyone who reads it question whether this is a historical narrative of things that actually happened. The obvious answer - regardless of whether the reader is a Christian, an atheist, or something else - would be "no". But fundamentalists (unlike most Christians) are remarkably able to ignore all the clues the Biblical authors gave us as to the kind of literature they wrote, and turn off their common sense when reading the Bible.

You have to become a Donkey Whisperer to understand these poor, maligned beasts of burden. Actually, come to think of it, I've heard quite a few donkeys talking. In fact, there's a whole political party in the U.S.A. that is symbolized by a donkey. The Bible seems to be spot on in this case.

Every time i turn on CNN, is see several talking donkeys.
To answer your question seriously...if I can posit a God who can create the Universe, create man and woman, sunlight, air, water, plants, animals...then is it such a stretch to say he could make a donkey talk?
I don't expect this to be a good answer as far as you are concerned, but you asked if i really believe, and yes...I do!
NOTE: the talking donkey put-downs are too easy, aren't they? everybody in here loaded up on that one!

Well, the donkey isn't really talking. That's just God throwing his voice and using the donkey like a ventriloquist's dummy... you know, like Dick Cheney does with George Bush.

Why do so many of you like to ridicule this poor, abused animal?
My cat tells me she wants food all the time. Somehow, I know exactly what she’s saying. If I stuck her three times, I’ll bet I’d understand what her pathetic cry meant too.

Well, it says God made the donkey talk so if you were going to question that you might as well question all other supernatural occurrences in the Bible

I believe that the Spirit can embody things to get our attention. Wouldn't a talking animal catch your eye?
It doesn't make me question the Bible, it makes me in more in amazement of the power of God.
