It depends somewhat where the lump is. A varicocele is a rather common lump found just above the testicle. I think your parents would have enough concern if you told them about this that they would want you to see a doctor.

The likelihood of testicular cancer is small at your age, but it is still possible, and if it really is present, the chances for cure are best when detected early. So please see your doctor. Even if it is not serious, ask him to show you the proper way to examine your testicles on a monthly basis.

By the way, other signs of more serious testicular disease include an enlargement of one testicle, fluid in the scrotum, pain in the groin or lower abdomen and tenderness of the breasts (yes!).

Could be a pimple as well. Do you have an annual physical coming up soon? You could just ask that your parents not go into the room with you so you could talk to the doctor by yourself. This may be less embarrassing for you.

If you don't have one coming up soon, ask your parents about making you one. Just say there are some questions you would like to ask the doctor to ease your mind.

Tell your parents about your concern.... of all people they will be the ones who will want to make sure it's nothing once you mention this to them.
Could it be the so-called epididymis what you are feeling as a lump?

Well an endocrine is not one thing, but an entire system, the endocrine system. So you can't feel an endocrine.

If you are worried about it, mention it to your doctor during your next physical.
