Flying Spaghetti Monster, a kind of spoof religion invented (I believe) in response to the creationism-in-science-classes scandal in the US - the point being that if you're going to allow one kind of creation myth to be taught then you have to allow all of them, including the FSM (thus highlighting the absurdity of teaching religious beliefs in science classes).
Hope that's right...
