Your hair will be damaged. Bleaching can result in hair being dry, frizzy, and weak. When you bleach your hair you should have a good conditioning treatment. Use a really good conditioner and shampoo specifically made for dry and damaged hair, and also use a deep conditioner. Make sure to start that AFTER you've dyed it though, or else the dye won't last as long (don't condition between the bleaching and the dying. It won't soak up as much dye if you do that).

I dye my hair a lot, with just at home colour kits. It won't hurt it too bad, just don't get the super cheap kind.
I reccomend going to a salon every once and a while to get the colour evened out, and buying a good post-colouring conditioner. Try Dove, Fructis, or Pantene. Dove works best with my hair, but it all really just depends.
If you want to go more than three shades lighter, make sure to get a stylist to do it. You'll have much better results.

Yes and no. If you dye it once, chances are you won't see much damage (not that its not there, it just isnt noticeable). If you are someone who dyes all the time, then yes it can really be harmful to your hair. Any chemical process on your hair isn't all that good for it, whether is dyes, perming, etc.

Yes, dying your hair damages the follicles; this is especially true when ingredients such as peroxide, ammonia, or any kind of alchohol is present, which damages and drys the hair.

Well it all depends on the way you look at it. If you want it to be nice and clean, fine and smooth, it won't happen like that. It will be oily. However, if you look at it as in affecting it's looks, no.

Yes, to a certain point.
It'll be fine if you cut it off and let it grow back out.
