Hey! Alright me and this guy have been good friend for a long time and I really really like him! And it's time I tell him! But how? I mean I will talk to him on yahoo messenger or I will just message him on myspace and tell him but I don't wanna sound dumb and desperate and I'm scared I will lose him as friend! So what do I say? THANKS!!! =D

Tell him you don't want to loose him as a friend, but you'd really like to see if something else develops. If you're really close friends & he doesn't want anything more to develop then he will still want to be friends & nothing will change. Good luck.

If you tell him how you feel and he doesn't want to be friends anymore, then he really wasn't a friend to begin with. If he is really a friend, he will be sympathetic and tell you he isn't interested in you that way and continue to be friends. If you don't want to sound dumb and desperate, you can make it sound like a joke just to see how he reacts. If it is really negative, you can always add on the the end... Just kidding, you fool, like I could EVER feel that way for you! If he does like you back, he may have been to shy or not know how to tell you. But, do it in person, will make the joke thing be more real than on a computer.

tell him how you feel over IM or myspace that way if he says no then you don't have to deal with the whole akward thing. i would tell him that you've liked him for a really long time, and more than like as a friend, and that you don't think that this feeling is going to go away anytime soon, just so you know that... something like that so its more like something for him to know not like something he has to deal with right away, like if he dosen't your friendship won't be over at all (hopefully)

i hope this helped
~good luck~

Tell him how much you value his friendship and I think it is better if you tell him to his face .. so you can actually put it on more of a serious term.. back to what you can say.... But you like him more than a friend.. and it is alright if he doesn't like you the same way.. but you would still like for yall to continue to be friends and not affect what you already had...

say this (you don't have to take this seriously and hopefully we can still be friends.over our time of being friends I've started to like you more than before.I'm having serious feelings for you and was wondering if you will go out with me?) do it in person eye contact is key.good luck.hopefully everything will work out.
p.s praying may help god will always be there for you he may answer your pray in a good or bad way or not at all.

Heh, make it more personal! Call him, message him to meet you and a group of firneds somewhere, and then sneak it in. If he's alone for a second, walk over say 'Hey, can we talk?' then let him know. Good Luck!

I would send him and email or tell him on the messenger, sometimes it's easier to tell things by the messenger than face to face.
