My grandpa used to say,
"Board of Health, Bob Daniel"
Can U figure that one out?

I had a friend that said, "What the hey?"

If just want names to call people,
"jerk" is very insulting without being a cussword
so is to call someone a "user"

I was laughing at a friend's mom once because she was a little high on pain pills and she pointed her finger and said,
"Shut up, Pink, or I'll cuss ya out."
I laughed so hard at that super scary threat!

I am learning a whole new vocabluary. Where I am removeing good luck with "That was a good thing."
or "That really worked out well."
I don't believe in luck and want to remove it from my vocabulary.
Then when it comes to angry expressions I find that just tell what you mean by the cuss word. Where I use to say GD
I was saying, "why don't you watch what your doing, someone could have gotten hurt"
Express yourself in words not in symbols, or cuss words.
It takes more thinking and practice. but it lets them know the problem not just how you feel about it.

Count to 10 before you say anything, and something other than a cuss word might come to mind. If not, maybe an "ugggh" from the gut will get out all of that frustration!
