Do you think it is necessary to know EVERYTHING about your teenager?

I think you should know who they're friends with, where theyre going when they go out, grades, issues etc, but I believe, for the most part, that they deserve some privacy just like anyone else.

Yes I think it is. It is always good to know who the friends are and where they are going to be at all times. As a parent it is our right to know these things. We love our kids and want them to have a great life. So when they are adults they will remember all this and be great parents too.

I think you should know most things. I know that everyone needs their privacy, but as a parent you need to know what's going on.

just about. u need to know there romance life, social life, fashion life, and biological life. leave the rest alone.

not how often they go to the bathroom but pretty much everyting else.
