On occasion, I have found Norton free with coupons and rebates. This usually occurs once or twice a year. You need to keep looking through the ads on Sunday. Check ads for Circuit City, Comp USA, Best Buy, Office Depot, etc.

AVG is o.k..but won't get the job done in times you need it most..trust me i've been in there.

best bet you got is to just buy an anti-virus, (Kaspersky, Norton, McAfee)

though it will cost you a little bit, it will pay off in the end..if you want the best possible protection.
