Give it time and get involved in activities that distract you. Before you know it you'll be thinking of him less and less. Whatever you do, don't "stay friends" because you'll never get over him if you interact with him on a regular basis.

You need to spend the time that you now have free doing thing to take up that time it makes the moving on process go a little easier cause you wont be sitting at home thinking of the person you lost all the time and all the why and what ifs that go along with it.
To put it simply go out have fun and don't care what anyone thinks as long as you dont kill or hurt yourself. Youll be much happier filling that free time with new activities. Trust me I was in your shoes a few months ago.

Analyse why you miss him - analyse why you broke up with him.
You miss him because you felt safe in his company and now you have to go find someone else and that can take time.
All of a sudden you feel that life is passing you by - so go buy a dog, take it for a walk in the park and get to know some people.

It's only natural that you'd still have feelings for him. Just try not to dwell on those feeling. The best way to move on is just do it. Try not to go to the places that he goes to or places you two used to go to until you've dealt with those feelings. You will eventually get over it & move on. Meet new people & date around. Just have fun, you're young & beautiful this is your time for you to grow & become the young woman you were meant to be. Good luck.

Don't mop about the house and agonize over your decision.
Go for a bike ride, run, hang with your friends, volunteer your time at a animal shelter/seniors home/hospital, start a garden, go to a movie with your aunt, etc.
The worst thing you can do is stay in bed and be unhappy for the rest of your life.

The best way to stop thinking about a guy, is to start seeing new guys. I'd advise against jumping into a new relationship... But I think it's a good idea to go on dates, and meet new guys.
Also, spend lots of time doing stuff with your girlfriends.

Take things one day at a time.
Your only 19 and the summer has just begun. hang with your friends and do some fun things.
Your not going to go to bed anyrtime soon and "BANG" your over him by morning. Not going to happen!
One day at a time

after you break up, you are the most vulnerable and think that maybe you made the wrong decision and you start thinking about the good times that you had with your ex. this is the time where you need to spend some time with yourself and learn about yourself. then when you're ready, you'll move on. good luck!
