Hello

This all started just under a year ago when someone that i loved died. It hit me hard and i stopped eating properly. i lost around 1 and a 1/2 stone and dropped a dress size. i lost my appetite and didnt really eat anything. I used to get dizzy shake alot.

Months on and i started to get my appetite back and was eating again. All my family and friends would say that i look great now and that i was a bit chubby before.

i am now scared of puting weight back on and i now feel that i am fat. i try and eat under 500 calories a day and i exercise to burn them off. i hate eating infront of people and when i have to eat a full meal i go into the bath room and make myself throw it back up.

i am tired all the time and always cold. i have became very unsocilable and on a bad day i dont want to leave the house. when ever i get upset or stressed i dont eat or throw up what i have ate. my BMI is 19 im not yet underweight.

You do have an eating disorder. Personally id say anorexia & bulemia.

It can often be triggered by traumatic events and normally show that you feel a loss of controll (hence you controlling your diet and body now)

The first step is admitting you have a problem and realising just how many people go through this.. you arent alone.

Now take it day by day. One step at a time. There is no rush or you will only freak yourself out.

i went through a similar struggle. I found it easiest to admit i was having a problem to my flatmate and family. If i had a bad fat day and didnt want to eat i asked them to support me and comfort me.. and gradually i got less and less scared. Stoped freaking out over eating and over the course of 2 years i got better.

I hope you are ok. And i hope you find some comfort in knowing you are not alone and this is not uncommon.

You have a bit of anoresia and bulimia.
Someone who is a true bulimic eats more and spends more of the time throwing up.
It seeks lke you spend a lot of time not eating at aoo which is a sign of anorexia.

You need to see a threapist to deal with all the basic problems you have which are causing all the eating problems that you ate cuffentoyhagihg

Yes, you are bulimic.
Try to get some help, tell someone you love to help you.
My friend was bulimic and didnt want to admit it.
You never actually realize what your doing, but forcing yourself to throw up is bad.
This is the beginning stage, your doubtful about your actions.
Tell someone you trust and when you have the urge to throw up tell them, that way they can help you get over it.
I hope this helped =D
I know its not easy.
Good luck.

It sure sounds like Bulimia, or maybe a combination of Bulimia and Anorexia. Please go to a doctor.
