The main reason that there is so much global disaster is because of mankind's sin. The bible tells us that when times come close to the end that there will be a lot of sin and a lot of lawlessness. When you look at the world around us that is what you can see, a lot of people doing whatever they want and many do not think that there is anything wrong with what they are doing. But if you look at your own life in comparison to the life that Jesus Christ lived you can see that you are a sinner and that even your thoughts which nobody can see are evil and sinful. Every time that you hate someone or are mean to someone, this all sin. People don't care about their neighbors they don't care about their parents or anybody but themselves. This is all foretold in the bible, and as a result of this sin, evil and selfishness, we will have natural disasters and more and more of them. However, there is hope and that is with Jesus Christ, who died on behalf of us all! so that when we stand before God the creator of the universe, that he will see us believing in salvation in Jesus, and in turn spare us eternal judgment.

World wide media coverage and 24 hour a day cycling news casts..
As little as 30 years ago a natural disaster that happened on the other side of the world would receive a 30 second spot on the evening news and a few inches in the newspaper.. Today the picture are in our living rooms cycling again and again for days..
It's not that there are markedly more natural disasters it that with the world wide media we see them all where in the past we over looked many of them because the coverage was not as intense..

Professor. Poulios History of the world since 1945
Multipolarity, bipolarity and unipolarity
Throughout history countries have always been determined to acquire more power. They wish to at some point be the most powerful country in the world. Although many have tried only one or two have ever really succeed and for only a short amount of time too. This distribution of power within contries is referred to as polarity. Three different types of systems of polarity is multipolarity, bipolarity, and unipolarity. These different types of systems have been evident in the United States, the Soviet Union, Britian , France Japan and Germany.
Multipolarity refers to an even balance of power among three or more states (countries) in the international system. An advantage of this power is that major powers mutually guard against each other. A disadvantage is that all the other powers are expected to be drawn into the conflict when one country chooses to take aggressive action because of their alliances. Around 1940 Britain, France, Germany and Japan were the four superpowers of the world until the end of World War ll. At that time only bipolarity exsisted.
Bipolarity refers to an even balance of power among two states (countries) in the international system. An advantage of this power is that it prevents the two superpowers form direct confrontation. This thus saves the lives of the country along with money. Some disadvantages of this power is countries practicing brinkmanship in which they try to achieve an advantageous outcome by pushing dangerous events to the brink of active conflict. An example of brinkmanship during the Cold War was the Cuban Missile Crisis. This was a 13 day conflict between the US, USSR and Cuba. The US and the USSR were both armed with nuclear weapons. Another disadvantage is that it gives rise to many proxy wars that is a conflict between two nations where neither country directly engages the other. Great Britain and France in 18th century since the end of the War of the Spanish Succession until the Seven Years' War (1754-1763)
Great Britain and Russia in 19th century since the end of the Napoleonic Wars until the Crimean War (1853-1856)
The United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War (1947-1990), however, the Sino-Soviet split (c. 1960) led to the rise of China as a possible third superpower
Unipolaity refers to only one state (country)maintaing a disproportional; share of power in the international system. An advantage of this power is that it helps to preserve peace because no other countires can match it. A disadvantage is that the country usually becomes arrogant and oppressive and other countries willunite against it.

The natural disasters we see today are just a lingering remnant of the way the earth used to be. In earlier eras, volcanic explosions, earthquakes and tidal waves of gigantic proportions were constant occurrences throughout the world. Now that the earth has cooled considerably, and the crust has hardened and thickened, such activity is greatly diminished, and we see only occasional little flashes of the kind of seismic activity that was once the daily norm.

Natural and man-made eissions changing our past natural atmosphere into a composite of more of an ultraviolet absorbing atmosphere of heat.
Oceanic sea patterns of current which transfers heat is also affected because of the deversness of hot an cold sea tempratures are less.
Or just say theres less cold for heat to rise in, even in the sea so the currents dont move as fast as in the past.
So really you can call it a change of pattern
in everything starting from the atmosphere,
and then the ocean.
The ocean in the past moves hot water to cold places affecting a seasonal weather pattern.
With the ocean currents affected by the
atmosphere by means of a less cold atmosphere it will become more stagnent,
creating more cold in colder places and more hot in hotter places.

"This natural earth is not subjected to human law, but follows the course it has been following for millions of years. It wasn’t until humans showed up that natural law began to be violated and disregarded."
"Natural law fills the atmosphere with clean, pure air that brings energy to the plants and animals it sustains. It fills pristine streams and rivers with colorful and healthy plants and wildlife. It assures the calm rest of winter brings the refreshing life of spring. In all things, it creates a balance and order for the benefit of all those subjected to it. There is only one thing that keeps nature from doing what it does best:
The Corruption of Man"
Look what we are doing to the earth and all in it. Polluting our rivers, lakes, land and aquifers. The earth must adjust--for example, if you suck all of the water out of one area and leave empty spaces underground, something is going to shift, and you will have earthquakes, etc. It needs to maintain it's order and balance, and does so through natural disasters.
Just my 2 cents
