the way some women dress?

Question

why do some women dress so skanky and yet get offended by men drooling over them, or men comming onto them?? isnt the way they dress a way of getting attention?? if they get so offended then why dress that way?

i was at a beach club with my neice last saturday and these women/girls wore skirts so short with no undies and men walked up to them and they ran to get security, i just didnt understand why do they dress like whores, but dont want men comming up to them?? as a woman myself i lost 104 lbs and i look better than i ever have, but i still dress as a respectable woman i dont need to show what i have to get attention, my hubby gives me plenty, but im not gonna dress like a skank and not expect negative results, dress like a skank, then you will be treated as such, what happend to self respect as women?? its sad that women have to dress a certain way to get attention..

Other than parents who think it is OK to dress a 7 year old like a prostitute, we can blame the ad campaigns that pander to the lowest common denominator. The biggest problem is parents who are not teaching their young girls to respect themselves and develope other talents. Attracting a man's eye is a piece of cake, no challenge at all, and once a young woman accepts this, she is free to pursue more lasting rewards than a gawk form a goof.

I think, women want to be loved and respected. However, men, and seemingly society at large, seem to think with things other than their minds and hearts..so.....! As a counselor I have seen woman after woman that feels that the only thing they can be that is loved and respected is either a sex pot or a business bully. I feel sorry for women that need to show themselves in such a way that brings attention to their body and not their character, which is, I guess, what is really showing when they act the way you mentioned in your question.

until eventually theres a guy me or my buddies attempt to impact, we actually gown for females! 0.5 the time,the adult adult males we carry close out with dont also have a clue if something on style or gruesome or elegant... women merely examine one yet another out, see what others are donning, if curiously stable or not. Esp. with the types that attempt to be all "im so cool with my jsut have been given off the mattress hair and my messy outfit that certainly took hours to place collectively. Im quirky!" types. And theres ALOT at uni x

honestly i can walk down the street or through the mall and get stared at while wearing jeans and a tee-shirt or hoodie. sometimes girls just have an aura about them...maybe it's in their smile or their walk. i'm not fully sure. for the girls that do dress like ho's...you're right. they do basically ask for it. so they shouldn't complain.

Yeah. I agree. They dress skanky, and then, if anyone comes on to them, they defend themselves with "I can dress any way I want."

i think girls do this to prove to themselves or others that they are good enough to get guys attention, even if they don't want to do anything with them. its sad, but its true.

women should be modst in their actions AND in dress. period. where do you find diamonds....in cole and under the earth...where do you find pearls? deep in the ocean in clams...where do you find gold...in mines....these precious things are covered but yet remain so beautiful. THis is how muslim women are viewed in islam....islam encourages the concealment of womens beauty in order to keep them protected and seen for their personalities not their bodies.
