To answer you in total honesty: I don't think my beliefs are any more correct than the next person's. We all live our lives according to how we see fit and what is right for one of us is not necessarily right for the next person. As far as religion and beliefs go, nobody knows who's right and wrong for one simple fact; no religion can be totally proven nor disproven. If so it would make things all too easy for us and life isn't supposed to be easy. We each believe in what makes the most sense to us and what we see fits to ourselves the best. People change religion because they come across something that changes their perception, and continues evolving how they see the world and how the world fits into their lives or how their lives fit into the world.

I'm Muslim because what I've learned about Islam has fit into my ideals of the world and because it made sense to me. I can't prove it to the point of convincing the world, so I don't. And really I don't worry about what religion the rest of the world follows. I just make the best of my own life and if I can be a positive influence on others (Muslim or non) then I do my best to fulfill that role. I want the best for everyone, but the best isn't the same for everyone.

I can underpin every single item of my philosophical positions either with a strict adherence logic; direct observation; or, when evidence is presented for both sides of a non-contradictory issue, by examining the likelihood of possibilities based on pre-defined criteria.

I have reasons why I use those criteria as well, but that's a more complex issue than I could adequately explain in a post.

I'm certainy open to being incorrect, but only when the positions are countered along the same lines by which they were derived.

Even outdoors of right here the two subjects that seem to customarily make people seem to sense cornered are politics and faith and multiple circumstances there's a crossover between those 2 subjects. we tend to hold our maximum powerful comments on those and to dig our heels in to ~look after~ our place. Then of direction, being that we people are emotional beings it escalates and gets out of hand. As i'm a great believer in humanity, i do no longer think of that multiple is intentional whilst issues get escalated as we are all extra beneficial than able to capturing off our mouths in the previous our concepts has of venture to catch up. I take it with a grain of salt, by way of fact as quickly as people have of venture to chill down slightly, it is often like coping with an entire diverse individual.

Plain and simple - I don't.

My beliefs are correct for me, and it would be great hubris on my part to assume that my beliefs will fit everyone. They don't.

Beliefs are like a well fitted suit of clothes - the best are taiored just for you., making you feel the most comfortable and confident. Rarely will htat exact suit work for someone else.

I do not know that I am correct and that everyone else is wrong.

I have come to the conclusions tat I have through a lot of thought over my lifetime.

I do know that if your holy book says something that contradicts known scientific fact that it is wrong. If your faith hangs on the accuracy of that book, then your faith is wrong too.

I don't think anyone else beliefs are false. My beliefs are simply the most correct for me as I am sure others are most correct for them.

I don't believe anything. We are all wrong No one can possibly be right when it comes to faith That is why its called faith & beliefs. It is of course irrelevant anyway When you're dead you're dead and these things are unknowable until that day

For myself, my beliefs are correct for me, but I don't believe everyone else's is false. I am not competing for the love of God, for God loves everyone.

I agree with the previous answerer. We are lucky enough to live in a country that allows us to think and believe what we want to believe. I am a Christian and believe in Christ as my Lord and savior. If you don't that is your right. Isn't it great to be able to live where we have choices? So many people don't.

I don't think mine are correct and everyone else's are false. I actually believe that everyone's path is valid, whether they believe in god(s) or not.
