My small toe on my right foot is swollen and red. It doesn't hurt in the least when touched but just looks bad. Does the weather have anything to do with it? Because it is winter here. Please Help!

My first thought was gout, but gout usually affects the great toe. You would most likely remember an injury, but perhaps not. Then there is the possibility of infection. Sounds like a visit to your doctor is in order.

I don't think weather is a factor unless you got frostbite.
