I lost 40lbs once in 6wks. so I know of what I speak.U have to just about starve yourself.I lived on those vegetable trays and containers the entire time.Inside is carrots, celery, coloflower and brussel sprouts and dip.(ranch dressing)Once in awhile I consumed a large pot pie.Drank lots of water and diet sprite.they help kill appetite.Always kept soda crackers handy, they help kill appetite also.U have to be serious about this are it won't work.Any excersize u do will help it along.BUT! u have to drink plenty of liquids.(min.64oz.per day)A human being can live quite awhile without eating depending on current weight,BUT,if u don't intake fluids,ur body will start to shut down in less than a week.

That's pushing it a bit; You want to lose weight that will stay off and do it the healthy way, so that it's reallu off, and that what you have lost is weight and not just water. The best diet and the diet which will lose the most weight, that is real weight and works like a dream is the South Beach Diet. It is a sound diet and you lose a lot of weight over the first 2 weeks and then if you are good you will contniue to lose weight for the 2 months. I don't know if you will lose 54 pounds but you will lose a good amount of weight aand see a vast change, and you will never be hungry.

The only choice is lipo which is not recommended. A healthy person should lose 1-2 pounds a week. Thats around 16 pounds in 2 months by eating right and excersing. If you are aiming for 54 pounds...good luck and try not to die.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

You don't, unless you weigh about 500 lbs. Lose 2 lbs. a week with a healthy diet and exercise and you will be more likely to keep it off.
