I'm pretty sure being "big boned" is just an excuse that fat people use to explain themselves. I've never seen a fat skeleton either. However, there is a such thing as a frame size which differs among people. Here's a chart to show where you fall. http://www.1is2fat.com/body_frame.htm

Generally speaking big boned people are taller people with larger general measurements! Big feet, larger wrist circumference, broader shoulders etc etc. This is taken into account with the BMI (body mass index) which is why the range is so broad. As in a healthy BMI is between 20 - 25. If frame size weren't taken into account (including smaller frames) the healthy BMI would be more rigid say 23.

Big boned people should weigh more than their smaller framed peers, but obviously you cannot blame obesity on your bones!

Studies (and x-rays) show that skeletons are all very similar, bit it is possible to have a larger frame than someone else. For instance, wouldn't you expect a slightly larger build on someone who is 6' tall than on someone who is 5' tall? Even in similarly tall people, someone's build does vary a little. The differences are slight, though.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

that's a big ditto on that!

between the years I spent in school and in the special forces, I've never seen one and I've seen plenty of them.

common sense and science tells us that the size of the human skeletal system has absolutely no effect on body compostion.
