8am Breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter, and either some cheddar cheese or a scoop of beans.
1pm Lunch- salad, vegetables, brown rice, big scoop of cottage cheese, some meat like chicken, a piece of fruit.
Snack 4pm- some nuts or Triscuits & cheese
6:30 Dinner- meat, salad, brown rice, vegetables, a piece of fruit.
Sounds like a lot, but I never gain weight and I'm not fat all all. The protein keeps my muscles firm.

Wake up around 8
Drink 20 ounces of water
Around 9 i have 1/4 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup water.
20 more ounces of water between 10 and 12
At like 12:30-1 I eat 9 slices of turkey wrapped in lettace with spicy brown mustard.
Also at this time I have a bowl of 2/3 cup blueberries, 6 cut strawberries, and about 10-20 grapes (whatever fruit I have really)
Then I have 30 ounces of water between 2 and 4ish
At around 4 I eat a 6 oz container of dannon light and fit yogurt with either almonds or Fiber One cereal in it
Then at 6 I have either chicken, salmon, tilapia, beef, or whatever meat with brocolli or green beans, and tomatoes.
Drink another 20 ounces of water before bed.
This is about a 1000-1200 calorie a day diet for me and I lost 6 pounds in the first week of doing it.
I also do my Bowflex Monday Wednesday and Friday

I eat one meal every three hours, so if I woke up and ate breakfast at 12:00 PM, lunch would be at 3:00 PM, and dinner at 6:00PM.
My breakfast usually consists of two pieces of whole grain toast or an omelete with vegetables and some ham and water.
Lunch is sometimes a salad, a sandwich, or brown rice with some steamed vegetables. Fruit is always included in my lunch, and water as my drink.
For dinner I have some yogurt, and some unprocessed nuts. And of course, water.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

supper- soup, cereal with milk
snack- a bowl of special k with cinnamon this equals about 1200- 1500 depending on which variation i pick.i try not to eat after 9pm your body doesnt have a clock aslong as you dont eat 3hrs before bed because your body will store it as fat
