well eat better .. i know of some cheap ways for u to drop water weight. but its not very healthy and u need to keep drinking fluids . get seran(spell check) wrap or a garbage bag > the seran wrap will go around ur stomach tightly > and u will lose ur tummy in no time> the garbage back underneath ur clothes and do what ever ir is u would normally do> u will lose a bunch of weight in a day > a few pounds> not healthy but effective> a fews years back i used to have to do it to make weight for wrestling and boxing....so i know it works.. .. another way is eat better,, ..oh ya by the way i 130+ isnt a bad weight .. .. 150+ isnt a bad weight.. its ok.. baby us men will like u for who u r . their r some good guys out there that dont get wrapped up in looks> much like me,, but vgl.. and i hope it makes u happy.. tc

There really is no such thing as a "DIET." What u need to do is a "LIFESTYLE CHANGE." Watch what u eat; read the nutrition info labels on ur food. Avoid fatty foods (chips, ice cream...), watch the sodium, carbohydrates... Eat smaller portions & drink plenty of water. Don't skip meals to try to lose weight faster, it'll just make u feel like ur starving urself & u won't want to stick to it. For example, I'm not big on breakfast, so I drink a Slim-Fast shake every morning just to have something in my tummy. I get the powdered mix & use half a scoop & blend it w/fat-free milk w/A&D vitamins in it. Since ur 15, u probably eat lunch @ school during the school year, so try to pick the most healthy foods u can. Fruits & vegetables are very healthy for u & can help u lose weight. Just eat a balanced diet & moderate portions along w/exercise & you'll feel great & lose weight! Don't forget to drink plenty of water (not only does it help to flush out ur system, it helps u to feel fuller). If u can discipline yourself this way, you'll enjoy a lifetime of good health!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise (jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical, rope jumping etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Cut out sweets and drink lots of water. At 15, you should lose weight pretty easily as long as you don't pig out.

do some cardio , ab work , play a littie sports and eat good , am 15 teen too , and i lost 10 pounds in like 3 weeks

hun, let me tell you, that is a healthy look, you dont want to go skeletal on all of us!
if you are worried about your weight, calculate your bmi and if it is in the healthy range, your good.
and btw, i have dieted since i was 10, and i know for sure, that you really shouldnt need to loose weight at a healthy weight to begin with

ten pounds is pretty easy just put on a plastic bag and jog for about an hour a day make a stricter diet like mostly salads

try hoola-hooping, pilates, or a personal trainer this can all get rid of stomach fat. also track of how many calories per day you're eating so you dont eat too many. each day have ONE splurge. always stay active, so instead of watching tv go outside. try and fit in at least 1 hour of exercise per day. p.s- it doesnt have to be alll at once

you could stop eating after 6:oo pm and could work out by doing sit ups,push ups, & jumping jacks,
