How can one reverse insulin resistance on 1200kcal diet? I want to lose weight but if I take more than 12g carb at a time I don,t lose?
Please help for best and good advice.

a high fiber intake helps to reduce IS. the higher the fiber intake the lower resting serum insulin levels are. this is why people in the fitness industry alwasy preach about ingesting low GI high fiber carbs.

consuming enough of the right types of fats. omega 3 fatty acids help to increase glucose metabolism

regular exercise. each time you exercise insulin sensivity is increased. this is why daily exercise is needed for optimum levels of health and fitness. the human body is not designed to be sedentary and will respond accordingly when exericise is either increased or decreased
