Dress it in clothing made from something of theirs, add a bit of their hair and send it back. Voodoo only works on the gullible and those who believe that garbage

I would laugh first, then use it to represent myself in spells. Poppets are very similar to voodoo dolls expect Wicca uses them in good beneficial spells and sticking a pin in the heart area is for healing not for harm.
Spells, curses voodoo dolls or whatever has no power to harm us unless we give them the power by believing in it.

Pray for the person who sent it....take the pin our to be able to use it and throw the doll away...I believe in a God who is bigger than voodoo. Greater is He(Jesus) that is in me than he (satan) that is in the World.

I'd throw it out. I don't believe in such things and to be fearful of something made of fabric and stuffing gives them power over me because I fear it. I refuse to do that.
