Papi , is just a way of sayin daddy or baby ,to a man or male.I usually call my little nephew papi.

Now, if what you want to know is how to say "poppy" in Spanish: "amapola".

Poppy = amapola.
There's even a song I heard once
called "Amapola".
BTW A poppy is a flower, much used for
making opiate drugs. It has nothing
to do with "daddy".

I'm assuming poppy = papi. Papi is a word for father, but is usually used as a term of endearment.

all wrong - Pappi means nothing in Spanish.

Padre means father.

Papa means dad or daddy.

You can also refer to your dad as Papi.
