Ok, take a deep breath. Complicated names for rather simple things. Here :
1 - a verbe réfléchi is when the subject is doing it to himself. Like he hurts himself (Il se fait mal)
2 - dictée : dictation. Your teacher reads a text in French and you write it down as accurately as possible. Better study your French vocabulary and grammar rules.
3- You will probably know by what they are talking about. Like:
"Clean up your room!"
"But I got my friends to see!"
You can guess which is the adult, which is the teen :D
As well, as said above a teen to an adult not of his family will use the polite 'vous'.
4- You have to write questions with : Qui (Who), Où (where), Pourquoi (why), Quand (when), Combien de (how much of)
I'm sure you've done it many times already.
5- Reflected verb is explained in 1 - il se fait mal
Reflected pronoun in the example 1 : se (in English : to himself).
If you forget it in the sentence it changes the whole meaning from he hurts himself to he hurts someone else. So your teacher will mark you on that one.
Ending of a verb : Remember, ending of the verb in French is tied to the subject. In English the verb doesn't change except for he/she (I eat, you eat, he eats, we eat, they eat),
in French they change every time (Je mange, tu manges, il mange, nous mangeons, vous mangez, ils mangent)
That's what you teacher is warning you about.
Hope that helps
Edit : Reflechi is when the person does something to himself.
I hurt myself. I put on makeup (on myself).
So ask yourself the question : Can I add "himself/themselves", or "to himself/themselves" or "on himself/themselves" after the verb. If the answer is yes that is a verb reflechi.
In French you can see if it is reflechi if you find subject and pronouns together as below before the verb:
- je me (to me)
- Il se, elle se, ils se, elles se (to him/to her/to them)
- Nous nous (to us)
- Vous vous (to you plural)
For nous and vous, you will have that word twice, the subject and the pronoun, that is normal.
Nous nous faisons mal (we hurt ourselves)

I'll answer the 3rd question for you: If the person is saying "vous" or using verb forms ending in -ez, it's a teen showing respect to an adult. If the person is saying "tu" or using verb forms ending in -es, it's an adult speaking to a younger person.

I' ll do no. 2 now. Right now I don' t have time to
do the rest.
Dictee is dictation. Your teacher will read a
passage in French and you' ll have to
answer questions about it.
BTW Reflechi means reflexive--check your
text for reflexive verbs. That may help
you answer the first question.
Bonne chance!!
