I am trying to loose about 10 pounds and make my stomach look flatter and my abs more toned. That is more important to me than loosing the weight. I weigh 110 and I was told to do crunches, but I am afraid that if i loose weight then i will loose my breasts and my butt and those are the only parts of my body I actually like. Are there any exercises i can do that will only work out that one part of my body and not make me loose my breasts and butt?

I don't know about that. I've always been told that when you start losing weight that your breast are the 1st things to go. I have lost about 30lb and what little breast I did have are gone. LOL. And if you think about pro female athletes don't have very big breasts or butt. LOL. So I hope that you can find away around losing your assesets, because I didn't and I know it sucks. Good luck.

unfortunately we cant choose which body part to lose fat off - when you lose fat you lose it all over your body.
crunches only build muscle, they dont burn fat so will make your belly look bigger because there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
