running shoes?

so which is the best brand of running shoes?

I do cross country at my high school, I want to see what people think are the best running shoe brand

I would sugest asics first. The first thing you need to identify is what kind of feet you have. Depending on how much you pronate, you have a few choices. If you are a severe pronator, then you should look at the Evolution or Foundation. If you are like most people then you just need a little stability, and you would do well with the 1120, 2120, and Kayano. Finally if you don't pronate, then you could go with the Cumulus, Landreth, or Nimbus. As long as you go to a Specialized shoe store they will be able to help you. Two other brands that I have had alot of success with are Mizuno and Saucony.

It is really what ever feels best for you. Just do not get nike shox. They might look really cool BUT THE ARE TERRIBLE! They are not for people who really run they are only good for walking around. The real running shoe brands are.

1.Brooks
2.Asics
3.Mizuno

i have always found that for sports the 3 best brands are Nike Adidas and Reebok but Reebok is more basketball and not running so not Reebok Nike are good sprinting shows but with most of them you feel everything that's why i would choice Adidas because there light weight you don't feel much and comfortable
