I am lookig for something that removes all scratches all or most of the time.what might it cost?

All you need to do is take a pink rubber eraser and rub it on the disc. Do this to the entire surface and then wipe away the eraser residue. Take a polishing cloth and wipe the disc surface...disc as good as new...!!
There are repair kits with sprays and polishing cloths, but the pencil/rubber eraser work the best in my opinion...
