Cabbage gives rodents a lot of gas, it is not reccomended that you do this, bad advice. It causes bloat. Wettail is a bacterial diease, keep him well waterd, fed, some romaine for Vit. C and keep his cage clean and dry.

No he cant get wet tail from getting wet but he can get sick so don't wash your hamster with water! use chinchilla sand for your hamster to roll in if he smells!! O and u should feed your hamster some cabbage everyday because it helps prevent wet tail!!!!! just make sure it is fresh and everything and clean and stuff!!! Take it out after a few hours so it doesn't get bad!! If u have any hamster questions plz email me!

He can't get wet tail from getting wet, wet tail is a bacterial problem. Hamsters should be kept dry and clean.

Wet tail is a bacterial problem and getting them wet won't cause it. But they can get sick when they get wet. If they get wet, just make sure they are dry before putting them back in their cage.

he can catch a cold which could be dangerous. if he gets wet, make sure you completely dry him. just wrap him up in a towel and hold him for about 10 minutes.
