Check any local free clinics for animals or any vet that can do it as a charity. Check also in the locals adoption agencies, they might have useful info for u.

I love animals but if I wouldn't have money for an expensive treatment or taking to the vet, I would take it to some agencie to put the cat to sleep.

dogs that are not spayed are at much higher risk for mammary tumors = cancer. tell you mother that to deny a dog medical care is against the law & she needs to find a way to get her there & get her spayed.

sell something, ask the vet about care credit, do some fundraisers, borrow the $$$, see if she pays part the vet will allow her to make payments ( most won't )

Unfortunately, a mammary lump on an unspayed dog is bad and only bound to get worse. My suggestion is for your mother to ask any friends or family members to help her financially. If that doesn't work, have her call her local vets or shelters to see if any give support to owners in tough situations. This needs to be taken care of, and the longer it goes on the worse it will get.

This lump should be checked out..since your dog is not spayed she is at high risk of mammary cancer.

She needs to go to the vet!!
