I've heard that there are the rather unpleasant side effects of uncontrollable diarrhea and oily gas...yuck!!

abslutely not, it has other side effects besides the diarrhea, but the low calorie, low fat diet they promote is what makes people lose weight, if you want something to help absorb the fat, which this product is supose to do get some fiber tablets and take. They are much cheaper and no side effects like the ALli

It is not worth it Studies have shown that you don't even lose that much weight. It's about $30 a month and you have to take for a long time.

nope. diet pills are the worse thing to use when you're trying to lose weight. eat healthy, drink alot of water, exercise..that is what helps lose weight the right way.

yup, those side effects and others keep me from even considering using it, I have IBS and it would likely kill me if I used it.
