The other guys already mentioned smaller things like exhaust tips and air filters. You said you don't have a lot of money, so those are pretty much your only options.
I mean, "not a lot" is pretty subjective. While someone may mention a cold-air intake, an injen intake for a sentra will run you about $180 (plus labor if you don't do it yourself.)
So, really, beyond that, maybe you can rice it a bit, but that's about as much bang as you can get for the buck.
And don't even bother with turbos for that car. Most turbo kits for that car run somewhere in the field of $3500 and usually only for the Spec-V trim... not only that, after all is said and done, you may still not be able to out-accelerate a stock Maxima.
So, yeah, save your money and buy an actual sports car. Once you get a taste for what rear-wheel-drive is, I doubt you'll ever think about cars the same way again.
Either that, or consider getting something like a civic..... or anything that's tuner-friendly. (But then again, just remember, you can still find something like a miata or an MR2 for cheaper..... and those are plenty fun stock)

Save up money by keeping it stock. You might add a cold air intake to make more noise and remove the muffler and put on a large exhaust tip. Remenber Sentra Is first an economy car. Good first car learn all you can about your next 2009 Skyline GTR. And I would not hurt to take a performance driving school. Get behing the wheel of a rear drive high performance car at driving school and the Sentra will seem like old hat.

Best bang for the buck it to improve the intake and exhaust. Not sure if Nismo has aftermarket parts for your car - but some searching on the web might help with a better air filter, cold air intake, headers, etc.

Save your money and buy an actual sports car. You won't see much of a gain unless you turbo it.
