Looks like a Chihuahua but it is very difficult to tell with puppies--many breeds look alike at this age.

It doesn't look like a Chihuahua. They have distinctive head and ears at only eight weeks of age. The have heads, the shape of a big strawberry with very large ears that stand up.
This gives them an endearing comical look.
Sometimes the rescue groups will name a breed for a puppy that the puppy looks like. Even though they know its not a pure breed.

The large dog in the back looks to be the same color of the pups,which is not chi(too big of dog) They look like a mix with chihuahua but not sure,whatever they are they are cute....

If that's the mother, she's definitely not Chihuahua so the dogs are at least mixed. Its very hard to say with puppies that are so little. They are most likely mixes. Shouldn't matter so much since they are very obviously adorable.

If your uncle thinks he's such a dog breed expert, he should be able to tell you what breed it is.
Its either a Chihuhua or a Chihuahua mix. Chihuahuas are so overly bred that the puppies often don't look the way a standard chihuahua should.

Maybe part chi, but not pure chi.
Breed-specific rescue clubs often take in animals that are mixed but share many characteristics with the feature breed.

It definitely looks like it's a mixed breed - part chihuahua only.

It looks fuzzier than a typical chi, and it looks like the father could be diff from the brown one, but I have seen chi pups that look like that... But it is a coincidence that there is a bulldog in the picture...

If that's the mama dog, she looks Parson (Jack) Russell Terrier to me. The pups aren't pure chihuahua, by any length, but they couold be Parson Russell/chihuahua by my guess.

in some pictures...it KINDA looks like a chi...MAYBE a mix.. but in the 2nd one...(if tht's the mom) the big one looks KINDA like a boxer...so idk...i guess just trust the website!
