Well since I have tattoos I kind of view other people with tattoos like we are some sort of club. It's always a good conversation starter. The way someone dresses doesn't really play into it for me. I've seen people from all races, shapes, and economic levels with tattoos. Hopefully the stereo type that only convicts and gang members have tattoos is fading as the younger generations make it much more common and public to be inked. I do not have a 'tramp stamp' but I do not take that nickname literally. In fact the only person who I know who refers to a lower back tat as a tramp stamp is the only friend I have that actaully has one. People who get offended by that phrase should lighten up. It gets reffered to so much on here because people like to rile each other up. I put my tats in places where I can cover them up when need be, but I don't have a sterotypical reaction towards people with sleeves or other tats that are abundant. The only thing I think is that when I see young people with large tats on their arms, or neck or places that would be hard to cover is that I hope they don't regret it. Not for me to worry about though.

Tattoos can be VERY sex and/or scary. I don't have a back tattoo, but I love most of them.Tramp stamp???? Even the person with tons of tattoos can look cool, but you must understand the fine lines that you cross. Two people can have The same tattoo and one looks great and the other well.... I think that as long as you stay true to yourself then they are great. If you try too hard it is trashy. Strategic locations are the key.

I have four tattoos, so I personally dont look at anyone with tattoos in any other way than they probably look at me. I dont get them to get noticed, all of mine have a story behind them. I think the lower back tattoo is like a fad, I dont see it as a tramp stamp and whoever made up that term should be b*tch slapped cause its stupid. I mean, come on. lol.

My reactions are always positive towards others with large tattoos. I have a couple of very large tattoos, one on each calf, one on my left arm, and the ever popular 'Tramp Stamp.' (Course it goes from hip to hip and from waist to butt-crack so would you still call that a stamp?) Anyway, I think they're cool. Others don't. When you get big tattoos like mine, you know that you're going to catch flack. I dont think its taboo, but it makes my skin crawl to see people with their gums tattooed. OUCH!!!

It depends. There are some cool tattoos and some that make me cringe.
Certain people dressed a certain way give off a certain vibe. Wow those were alot of "certains." And if they're confident enough to be whoever they want to be, then more power to them.
Lower back tattoos can be sexy.
There are some places I don't even want to picture being tatooed.
In my opinion, tattoos are pretty damn cool. Def. on my "to-do" list.

I'm a tattoo artist and i have respect for those who have a cool tattoo
it all depends on the tattooo

My reaction to tattoos is one of respect. I believe that people who have tattoos can be looked upon as rough but tattoos are statements. I have three quite large tattoos on my arms and back and one on my wrist. My wife likes my tattoos as they all mean something. She has not got any tats but I would love her to have as many as Kat Von D from Miami Ink.

Considering that I have several, I like them, but only when they are "smart designs" meaning if someone gets something that is temporarily trendy, I think they look stupid or should I say will look stupid in ten years when no one knows who "blank" band is. My designs are timeless....I hope.
I don't think the lower back is trashy, although I wouldn't get one there.
I think the only place that is taboo is the face. My boyfriend wants to get one there and I think, man you better have one heck of a tolerant boss and a secure job before you get that!....(he's not going to)
Hope that answers your questions!

I just like to look at the art work they have done. I dont react to people dressed different or with alot of tattoos becuase really, its none of my business what they do and anyone who does react and does care needs to grow up and get over themsevles and find something better to do with their time. this isnt the 1800's here...people do alot of different things now days nd I think its cool where being dare to be different.
