as of now i am trying so hard to however by the end of the day it feels as if it isnt worth it anymore and i just start eating choclate and sweets maybe one or two within 5 mintues.. then ill say to myself 'okay dont worry can start over tommorow' but i dont think it has any effect anymore...help please!

you have to be able to see yourself at the weight you want to be - its the only way to get there.
find two pictures - one where you look the heaviest and one where you look the thinnest and in the best shape and put them on the fridge so every time you want to open it and take something that doesnt fit in your diet you will see them and think twice - because anything is possible if you believe and try hard.
