Does anyone have any exercises (that dont involve going to the gym) to help me lose weight on my arms, legs and stomach ?

A brisk walk for a couple of kilometers will do that.

Let's start with losing weight.........
Weight loss pills and the vast majority of diets will NOT do anything for you. To loose weight you have to BURN more calories than you INJEST. (Eat)...........That is a very simple scientific fact. In addition, it is important that the calories that you do take in are not from fat. Some of them should be, but not more than about 20-25%. If you're very active, you may want to eat a high carb, low protein diet. Reason: The body requires a minimal amount of protein per day to function normally which it can get from vegetables for example. Any protein that you eat that the body does not require will be stored as fat. Carbohydrates are complex sugars. Pretty much pure energy fuels. Simple sugars, (SWEETS), while providing energy are NOT good for you as you know. Find out how many calories you should take in based on your body composition and level of activity. Then eat accordingly. A lot of small meals per day is much better than 2 or 3 big ones. Refrain from eating anything a couple of hours before you go to bed. That and simple exercises will allow you to loose weight comfortably. As far as muscle goes........that will NOT happen overnight. But you can start with a cardio. Treadmill, speed walking etc. Do crunches, and for a superior over all body exercise, do air squats.
That's a squat without weights. If you have dumbells u can put one in each hand. These exercises will tone your body over a period of a few months, and..........if you eat sensibly, you'll be amased at the results after 90 days.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (you cant spot reduce body fat) and those are jogging, running, spinning, elliptical, rope jumping etc, 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Monday- Delts, traps & upper back

Tuesday- legs 2 mile running

Wednesday -lower Back & biceps

Thursday- off

Friday -Chest, triceps & calves

Saturday-Repeat Day 1,Same as Monday


Aerobic


Sunday-Rest

Monday-Running 20 mins or 1.5 mile ,abs

Tuesday-Running 35 min or 2.5 mile,abs

Wednesday-Running 20 min or 1 mile,abs

Thursday-off

Friday-Running 20 min or 1 mile,abs

Saturday-Running 20 min or 1 mile,abs

lay on ur back wit ur hands under ur butt lift ur legs and kick up to a 90 degree angle then back down but not to the floor. like ur swimming on ur back. will tighten ur abs and thighs and inner thighs. get a couple of 16oz cans and lift themout and up to ur sides and front slowly. repeat .

this is a type of yoga u have to do this only on empty stomach remember this thing ONLY ON EMPTY stomach..........
jst take a deep breath in and then breath out as fast as you can and n no. of times.............do this at round 100 times u will surely lose ur weight...........
